Agrosa believes in helping its customers as much as possible and therefore follows a fair and transparent cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, requests may not be entertained if the order has already been processed or dispatched to the vendor or courier service.
- Cancellation requests for products that are perishable or sensitive to storage conditions (such as bio-pesticides, liquid fertilizers, or other temperature-sensitive agrochemical products) will not be accepted once shipped. However, refund or replacement can be initiated if the customer can clearly establish that the product delivered was defective or compromised in quality.
- In case you receive a damaged or defective item, please report the issue to our Customer Support team within 7 days of receiving the product. The matter will be reviewed and verified, and action will be taken accordingly once the issue is confirmed.
- If the product received appears to be different from what was shown or described on the website, or does not meet your expectations, please notify our Customer Support team within 7 days of delivery. Our team will evaluate your complaint and take appropriate action.
- For items that carry a manufacturer’s warranty, complaints should be directed to the manufacturer as per the warranty policy.
- In case of any approved refunds, the amount will be processed within 3–5 business days from the date of approval.
